The venues on offer range from Nobu to dining rooms serving Arabic, Asian and European menus, so the cuisine depends on which restaurant you book.

Ossiano serves seafood with Indian, Mediterranean and Pacific influences, while Nobu serves Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's Japanese-Peruvian menu, including dishes such as Black Cod in Miso and Sashimi Salad. Saffron lays out Chinese, Malaysian, Indian and Mongolian dishes, and Kaleidoscope runs live cooking stations alongside Arabic specialties, with its dinner theme changing through the week: International on Monday to Thursday, Indian on Friday, Arabian on Saturday and Italian on Sunday. Other venues on the property include Levantine for Lebanese dishes, Rostang for French classics and Seafire Steakhouse & Bar for grilled specialties. On arrival, you check in with your e-ticket and are seated at your booked restaurant to work through its menu at your own pace.

1. Shortly after completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your tickets attached.
2. Have your e-ticket or a printed copy with you when you arrive.
3. Approach the restaurant and scan the QR code on your ticket.
4. Once scanned, proceed to enter the restaurant and be seated.
